I’m Ceri, an experienced Key Stage 1 teacher with a deep passion for early literacy and phonics. As a parent, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful these early years can be in building a child’s confidence, curiosity, and love of reading.
With years of experience teaching a variety of phonics schemes, I’ve seen just how essential early phonics knowledge is to a child’s success in school. My passion for working with children drives me to identify and fill any gaps in their skills before they even begin school, ensuring they are equipped to thrive academically.
Based in Bristol, a city I love, I’m eager to share my expertise with both Early Years Practitioners and parents in the area and beyond, and help build confident, eager readers from the very start of their educational journey.
